Free cancellation 7+ days before — 100% refund. 2-7 days before — 50% refund or free reschedule within 90 days. Under 48 hours — 0% refund, but reschedule available within 60 days for HK$200 handling fee. Typhoon T8+, Black Rainstorm, or HKO closure of Star House: free reschedule within 60 days or full refund within 3 working days.
